I started Suplify Health because I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Not just a supplement. Not just a formula. Something that felt true — to the body, yes, but also to the extraordinary thing we actually are.

My name is Rona, and two passions have lived in me my whole life: health formulation and colour.

For a long time I kept them separate, as if beauty was decoration and science was serious.

Then I stopped. I let the ideas come through me the way they actually wanted to, and what arrived was this:
