Shipping policy
Shipping costs -
Suplify Health ships products to the end client at the following rates -
- Purchases for R499 or under - shipping charged at R50.
- Purchase over R500 but under R900 - Free of charge to the client
- Purchses of R901 to R2700 - Shipping charged at R120
- Purchases of R2701 but under R10k - R800
Business to business purchases -
For larger purchases we request that you make contact with us and discuss a Business to Business contract for selling as a wholesaler.
Risk
Items are shipped at the clients own risk.
Cost of returns from client to Suplify -
The client is responsible for the costs of items returned to Suplify. Suplify may refund these costs at its own discretion.
Cost of shipping for replaced items -
Cost of replacement items shipped to the client, where the defect was the responsibility of Suplify will be shipped at Suplifys own cost. This is at Suplifys own discretion.
Type of shipping used -
Suplify uses the economy next day delivery to ship its products in order to keep the costs as low as possible for our clients.
SADEC region and International shipping -
International shipments need to be arranged with us seperately, please contact sales@suplify.co.za to obtain a quote.
